Who will be in my office or home?
A crew of 2 or 3 highly trained people in uniform and supervised by our management staff. We often will do quality control checks with a manager doing an inspection of the work done in your office or your home.
Are you insured and bonded?
It is very important that anyone working in your office be insured and bonded. Ambassador is properly insured and a copy of our certificate is available upon request.
Do I need to be present during cleaning?
It is not necessary to be home, in fact, most of our customers are not. We keep a copy of your key and code it and store it in our safe lock box. Apartment home residents can authorize entry by notifying the office of your property.
What are the working hours for Ambassador Cleaning?
Ambassador cleaning is a full cleaning service that operates 24 hours a day. We come to your business when it is most convenient for you.
How do I pay for my cleaning?
Ambassador sends or brings in person the invoice by the 15th of each month and payment is expected by the 5th of the next month.
